Passive Fire Protection

Quinn Seville specialise in the survey and installation of active and passive fire protection systems to new and existing buildings. We have experience in all aspects of passive fire protection from small projects comprising minor non-conformances to multi-million-pound projects involving repair and installation of compartmentation. Our directly employed team of technicians are fully trained according to FIRSA and IFC accreditation standards. This allows us to provide fully certified installations for fire doors and fire-stopping.

Quinn Seville’s turn-key service makes use of bespoke software to document remedial work requirements whilst also providing a dynamic maintenance record to manage ongoing compliance with fire regulation. This collaborative tool helps our clients ensure their buildings comply with all requirements of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
